Scrappy Baby Block

This is for a scrappy baby block quilt. Our directions were to all bring two log cabin blocks with the center block in a 5-inch size. These are for two little twins born not too long ago, the mother had requested bright colors.

I really thought this was a fun baby blanket. Doesn't look at all like the ones I made for my kids a million years ago!
So I ended up making several of them, I was on a role! (Just don't look at my Challenge 'To-Do List'!) And even sent one away for one of my swaps.
There is a new swap club starting, with Guaranteed Swaps, when I have more details I'll share them. But it makes you think....
What would you look for in a guaranteed swap??

Lovely colors in you baby blocks! I haven't made a log cabin in a long time and I always stuck one colorscheme. These will be spectacular.

The colors work just fine for a baby quilt. I love the scrappy look of the log cabin blocks. I have always admired them and have yet to make even one log cabin block!

I love log cabins and those blocks are very pretty. Did everyone use the same color for the center? Will we get to see the finished quilt?
